The REAP Counselling Process is a centralized, fully online procedure conducted by the Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG), Rajasthan. It facilitates admission to undergraduate engineering (B.E./B.Tech) and architecture (B.Arch) programs across government and private colleges in Rajasthan.
The process generally involves registration, fee payment, document upload, choice filling, seat allotment, and final reporting. Admissions are based on JEE Main Rank, Class 12th Percentile, or Diploma Percentage.
Candidates must visit the official REAP website and register using their basic details. A registration fee (approx. Rs. 295/-) must be paid online. This is a non-refundable fee.
After payment, upload scanned copies of necessary documents (photo, signature, mark sheets, category certificate) in the prescribed format (JPG/JPEG).
This is the most critical step. Candidates must select their preferred colleges and branches. Choices should be arranged in decreasing order of preference. Once satisfied, Lock the choices. If not locked manually, they will auto-lock on the last date.
CEG releases the allotment result based on merit and choices. Candidates can check their status on the portal. If allotted, a provisional allotment letter is generated.
Candidates must physically report to the allotted college within the stipulated time with original documents and the remaining admission fee to confirm their seat.
Candidates must carry the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of reporting. For a detailed list, check Documents Required for REAP.
